During my recent stay at a hotel in Da Nang, I had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, providing me with excellent service throughout my stay. One staff member in particular went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable time. He gave me great recommendations for local restaurants and took care of all my transportation needs. I truly appreciate his attentiveness and friendly attitude. The room itself was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to have a restful night's sleep. The hotel also had a lovely swimming pool where I could relax and unwind. The location was also convenient, being just a short distance from the airport. my stay was wonderful and I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Great value for money and fantastic staff! the breakfast was also really good with a variety of Asian and western food options. the hotel's location was perfect as it was right next to a war museum where we got to see tanks and helicopters up close.

The hotel could use some updating as it felt a bit dated. However, this is not a major issue given the great value for money and excellent service provided by the staff.

This hotel is in a convenient location, it's very close to the airport, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The room is clean and well-kept, and the bathroom is spacious with good water pressure. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast is fantastic with a wide selection of foods.

There were some issues with the pool area. The pool itself was dirty, and there was no bar service even though there were menus available.

Close to the airport with good facilities and friendly staff. The room was big and clean. The complementary breakfast buffet had a lot of choice and we ate there every morning before setting out for the day. The concierge was fantastic with our children and provided helpful information on days out, where to eat, taxis, etc.

We recently had a romantic escape to a hotel near Danang's city and Riverside. The location was perfect, just a short drive from the airport, and right by some great museums worth visiting. We loved the ice tea and cooling towel welcome at the front desk. , the breakfast was delicious, with great options for both Vietnamese and Western cuisine. But, the best aspect of our stay was the helpful staff! They assisted with maps, restaurants, and transportation that made everything easy.

We did experience some negatives during our stay. The thin walls amplified some traffic noise, and there were some odors that permeated from our bathroom.
